If you have any issues with your order, the first step is to contact us and let us know.
Next, make sure you have all the original packaging (including tags) before securely packaging up the item(s) for return. Please do not alter the original packaging in any way - i.e. do not attach shipping labels, tape, etc. to the original packaging.
